      • Time-schedule per user for each purpose.
  • Map the permissible mechanisms of Internet Access for each connection resource.
    • For each user, IPs, Protocol, Purpose

    • How will such purposes be handled
      • Whom to request?
      • How to request?
      • How will the request be fulfilled?
      • Plan of priority / escalation for such requests.
  • Define the implementation plan for the CIAP

    • Review the reports to independently verify precision of implementation vs. CIAP
